About Masters Degree Program

Advances in information technology (IT) have created a revolution in how business transactions are carried out. Digital Business, the use of technology to conduct business, has brought rapid change to how people, institutions, businesses, and nations conduct trade and business. In addition, these technologies are profoundly affecting the way we think about markets, products, payments and financial transactions, intellectual property, copyright law, public policy, and tax policy. Therefore, to fully develop the potential of these technologies, it is essential to have a solid understanding of technological as well as managerial issues germane to digital business.

The goals of this program are to provide graduates with: A solid technical skill set in IT. A clear understanding of the strategic issues and emerging business models. An ability to diagnose business opportunities and guide organizational change. Familiarity with the security, privacy, ethical and legal issues in the conduct of electronic business.
